I liked the location, the buffet breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. One of the concieres and hotel employee at the front desk were both very helpful.

It was hard to control the temperature of the air conditioner. It did not seem to automatically go off at the desired temperature e en though it was set on automatic. Also the temperature of the shower seem to constantly fluctuate.

Friendly, helpful staff, breakfast buffet, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower.

Television didn't work.

Everything. Best in class 4 star. Best hotel in which I e stayed in the Philippines. Spotless, quiet, good location, good parking, good breakfast, nice pool, outstanding staff, all desired amenities in room, nice bed, great prices.

The breakfast buffet most of the food was cold great selection just cold.

The conditions of the hotel are beautiful, everything seems well maintained. The room was spacious with a nice view.

The room service portions were too big. They should warn you or make them smaller along with the price. I think the dining staff during breakfast buffet should provide more consideration when seating female diners. They strangely placed me in between to groups of men. Just being more keen on things like that is important. Lastly they can add a laundry room since the laundry services are so limited.

Only complaint and its minor, hot water in the shower never got warm.

Modern and clean hotel with exceptional staff - very friendly and responsive. Rooms were tidy, ability to cast my netflix account onto the TV was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast came with a pleasant view and an abundance of choices. Most days we didn't have lunch or even dinner because we were still digesting the bountiful breakfast (and suffering from our greediness!). Pool was clean with a great view, the gym also had a nice view and great equipment. The best part about this property - location. It's in a quieter and greener part of Cebu and a 10 minute walk to Ayala shopping centre.

only thing its not good is the smell because of the egg station maybe.. when you enter the premises fresh but when you go out you smell like kitchen. i i hope they will improve the ventilation.

A very relaxing time hotel is in perfect location to major shopping centre, we really enjoyed our buffet breakfast thank you to friendly staff and service

Spacious clean rooms. Was there when a typhoon hit in the morning and slept through it. Minimal disruption.Staff attentive and polite. Good location to the mall.

The restaurant needs work. Food wasn’t the best and the wait times are extensive. The staff are running around constantly trying to keep up. Think the kitchen could use a hand.

The staff allowed late check out. Food in the room service was good.

The moment I entered my room I could tell that the hotel was run well. Yes the check in was seamless, which I expected and the staff very courteous. The breakfast was also great and something that I looked forward to daily. When I ventured out the hotel had an excursion desk. The woman there was awesome and provided accurate advice for a trip I took to Moalboal. The location was also great. It was a quick walk to the mall where I could purchase a few items that I needed and was an experience in itself. The hotel is not far from the ferry to Bohoal and other historic sites you might want to visit. All in all a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

There is really nothing that I can say negatively about the hotel. The gym is a bit small so I did not use it, but I was on vacation so not a big deal.

Great location. Good restaurant. Staff is very friendly and professional.

The pillows are terrible. Housekeeping doesn't replace your used glasses with clean ones. Instead they just wipe the dirty ones and put them back (I could still see my chapstick from the previous day on the "clean" glasses).
